Layla Lim
Somatic Practitioner & Embodied Movement Facilitator
Layla holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology, and her field of work surrounds nervous system health, restorative modalities, and embodied movement. She is passionate about weaving both science, and alternative methodologies for well-being.
Layla is deeply guided by the belief in the body’s innate intelligence - a living system filled with immense healing potential and life force. She sees the body as a powerful messenger, offering profound insights when we learn to attune to its signals. Her devotion to this work is rooted in her own journey of healing from disconnection, physical challenges, and psycho-somatic symptoms. Through this path, Layla now supports individuals to reconnect with their body, and expand their capacity to be with life’s journey.
Her approach to client care is guided by the processes of self-inquiry, awareness through education, and trauma-informed care. Outside of her work, you can find Layla continually curious and intrigued by all things human.
