Xin Yi Tan

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Xin Yi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Counselling from Monash University. Guided by a person-centred, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based therapy approach, she integrates educational aspects of nervous system science into her practice. Xin Yi also brings a creative and inclusive approach to her work, recognising that each individual’s journey is a unique experience, deserving of personalised care and understanding.

Passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and aiding their healing journey, Xin Yi is committed to making counselling accessible to people from all walks of life. Believing deeply in the power of compassion and self-expression, she strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours freely.
