With a world so busy, loud and bright, our senses are being overworked and bombarded by constant stimuli. Our nervous systems are perpetually on high alert. We find ourselves tired but wired. A bone-deep fatigue brought on by the relentless fast-forward pace of life.
More than ever, silence and stillness are becoming rare luxuries. There is an urgent desire to unplug and disentangle ourselves from this whirl of life. Our wellness sessions focus on preventive care, self-care, and holistic well-being, helping you restore balance and manage stress or pain. Offerings include private (1:1) wellness consultations / coaching sessions and weekly movement and somatic classes.

If you are new to a somatic approach to physical and mental well-being, we usually recommend starting with our Nervous System Consultation & Gut Health Test.
This session is not an assessment or a diagnosis; rather, it’s about helping you understand what your body has been responding to and where it might need support. It gives us a clear place to begin, while offering you practical insight into how stress, digestion, and the nervous system are all connected.
It is a gentle entry point, as our practitioners place strong emphasis on psychoeducation, helping you make sense of your symptoms and experiences in a way that feels empowering.

TRE® is a body-based method that releases deep muscular tension and trauma through gentle, guided tremoring exercises. A private session personalises the experience to your body’s patterns and tolerance, supporting nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional processing. Please note that this is not a replacement for therapy.

In this private, one-to-one session, your facilitator works with your nervous system rather than against it. Gradually meeting you where you are and adapting the practice to your body's needs in real time.
We begin by establishing a sense of safety and settling, helping your system shift out of a stress-activated state. From there, you'll be guided through intentional breathing patterns inspired by different practices that influence the autonomic nervous system, supporting a move toward calm, regulated states.
These are paired with gentle somatic awareness exercises - subtle movements, body scanning, and orienting practices that help you notice and release patterns of holding you may not even realise you carry.
Unlike group classes, the private format allows the pace, breath rhythms, and points of focus to be tailored entirely to you, whether you're navigating chronic stress, processing a difficult period, building a regulation toolkit, or simply seeking deeper rest.
You don't need any prior experience, and there's nothing to "get right." The work is about gently building your capacity to feel, settle, and return to yourself.

Each session is shaped in the moment by your facilitator, drawing on a blend of modalities to meet what your body needs that day. Gentle, mindful movement helps you reconnect with sensation and ease areas of holding. Guided meditation, including Yoga Nidra–style practices, invites your system into deep rest and a state between waking and sleep where restoration happens most readily.

Our Craniosacral System covers the area from the cranium (our head) to the sacrum (our tail), consisting of soft tissue, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that help to protect the brain, spinal cord. This system is dynamic, fluid and deeply regulating. It carries within it great intelligence, and all that the body really needs is to reconnect to this original source of wellbeing.
Over the course of our lives, the body takes on many stresses, be it physical, emotional or spiritual, which can compound and eventually compromise the function of the Central Nervous System along with nearly every other system in the body. CST appreciates our unique body-mind connection and recognises that symptoms of pain and disease are often due to underlying causes. Through touch, the sessions will help your body deeply relax which in turn enhances your body’s natural ability to re-regulate and self repair.

Private Trauma & Tension Release (TRE)
TRE® is a body-based method that releases deep muscular tension and trauma through gentle, guided tremoring exercises. A private session personalises the experience to your body’s patterns and tolerance, supporting nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional processing. TRE®️ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), founded by Dr. David Berceli, is a structured series of movements designed to activate the body’s natural tremor mechanism — a neurophysiological response that helps discharge excess muscular and nervous system activation. This tremoring response is part of the body’s innate stress regulation system and can be observed across mammals following threat or intense exertion.
During stress, the body mobilizes through contraction and increased sympathetic activation (fight-or-flight). If this activation is not fully resolved, residual tension can remain in the musculature and nervous system, contributing to chronic tightness, hypervigilance, fatigue, or difficulty settling. Over time, these protective patterns can become habitual.
TRE works from the bottom up by gently fatiguing specific muscle groups to allow involuntary tremors to emerge. These tremors are not forced; they arise spontaneously when the body feels safe enough to release held activation. This process supports nervous system regulation by helping the body transition from states of chronic activation or shutdown toward greater balance and flexibility.
Private sessions are carefully paced and tailored to your body’s patterns and tolerance. Emphasis is placed on resourcing, breath awareness, and self-regulation to ensure that the process remains gradual, contained, and integrated.
TRE is not a replacement for psychotherapy or medical treatment, but it can be a complementary approach that supports overall nervous system resilience and stress recovery.
