Personal Trainer (Yoga, Pilates & Strength Training)

For Janice, movement is more than just exercise. It’s a practice of awareness, balance, and self connection. Her journey began with a love for mindful movement and evolved into a lifelong passion for helping others move and feel better in their bodies.

Certified in Basi Pilates and Rehabilitation, Vinyasa Flow, and Barre, as well as an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Janice brings a holistic approach to every class. She integrates corrective exercises, functional strength training, and mindful alignment to support clients in improving their posture, enhancing body awareness, and restoring natural movement patterns.

Janice’s teaching philosophy centres on cultivating the mind-body connection — guiding clients to find strength through control, freedom through awareness, and calm through movement. She believes that when we move with intention, we not only transform how our bodies feel but also how our minds respond to life’s challenges.

Her classes are thoughtful, grounding, and empowering. Offering a space where clients are encouraged to explore their capabilities, reconnect with their breath, and discover equanimity in motion and stillness alike.
