About the Workshop
Living with chronic pain or illness can be exhausting — both physically and emotionally. In this practical, experiential workshop, you'll learn how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support yourself, reduce distress related to symptoms, and explore the emotional contributors to physical health.
We'll cover the mind-body connection, experience guided group tapping, and walk through a simple 3-step EFT protocol for pain — with plenty of practice support so you can start using it straight away.

What We Will Cover
Workshop Highlights
The mindbody connection: how your brain and nervous system continuously interpret safety/threat, which impacts your physiology (muscle tension, inflammation, pain sensitivity, fatigue, digestion).
EFT basics: how tapping works and how to use it safely for yourself in the context of chronic pain/illness. Two key applications:
Tapping to support current symptoms, including emotional contributors to reduce distress in the moment.
Tapping to explore roots, to understand and shift what your system may have learned to hold over time.
Experience a guided group EFT practice
Identify a clear 3-step EFT protocol for pain: explanation, demonstration, and practice (in pairs)
“Getting to the roots”: questions and prompts that help uncover emotional factors and themes in chronic pain/illness.
Integration: accessing and cultivating a kinder relationship with your body.
Practical next steps for using EFT after the workshop.
