Kimberly Kwa (Kim)
Kim is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT500), mobility coach, bodyworker, and mindfulness facilitator.
Her practice is rooted in the belief that healing begins with awareness, and that the body holds the wisdom needed for transformation. A personal journey through chronic stress and burnout drew her to the restorative possibilities of yoga and mindfulness, and continues to shape her integrative approach to wellbeing.
Her sessions are grounded in presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence. Drawing from training in yoga therapy, trauma-aware practices, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and therapeutic bodywork, she encourages attunement to breath and sensation — creating space to explore movement, or stillness, in ways that support nervous system regulation and the unfolding of embodied resilience.
Whether in group settings or one-on-one, Kim offers a gentle invitation to slow down, listen to what the body needs, and meet yourself where you are—with kindness and compassion.
