Su Xin Lim
Su Xin works at the intersection of sound and therapy, creating spaces for rest, regulation, and reconnection. Her work is shaped by a personal encounter with sound—particularly singing bowls—as a way of supporting grounding and nervous system regulation beyond what verbal processing alone can offer. Alongside multi-instrument sound baths, she offers counselling grounded in the belief that therapy is a collaborative process, working in partnership with clients to create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and build practical ways of managing their mental health and daily life.
Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, integrating evidence-based frameworks with sensitivity to each individual’s pace and needs. She places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a key foundation for meaningful and sustained change. Her approach is integrative and grounded, supporting clients in finding steadiness, clarity, and more sustainable ways of relating to themselves.
