Our Strength & Pilates small group sessions are designed for those who’ve completed physiotherapy, navigating chronic pain / chronic illness or looking to build a solid foundation in their fitness regime.
These classes combine Pilates precision with functional strength training to support core conditioning, mobility, and long-term resilience.
Each class is overseen by our physiotherapist to ensure exercises remain safe, effective, and sustainable—especially for those managing chronic pain or chronic illness.

Support Group: For Chronic Pain & Chronic Illness (120 mins)
This is a space specifically created for individuals navigating the challenges of chronic pain and chronic illness. This support group aims to create a nurturing environment where participants can share their experiences, gain insights, and support one another on the path to healing. Chronic pain and chronic illness can manifest in various ways, and this group is a safe space to explore these complexities without judgment.
This support group is not the same as group therapy. This support group is FREE. If you wish to contribute, we accept donations to our Sliding Scale Program.
